We have easy Return Policy. We want you to have the peace of mind knowing that an item purchased can be returned within certain time limit and conditions. Customer satisfaction is the main aim of moredeals.ca and we would appreciate hearing from you at any time regarding any of your purchases made.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in CAD currency.
Delivery/Shipment Policy: Products are delivered through the courier. Customers will receive an email once they place the order including the invoice. Once items are shipped , the customer will receive an email showing the status of order.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Exceptions to our Returns Policy
Only for Items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy or when the offer note states so specifically.
Check your item(s) as soon as you receive it to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase(s) we offer you certain guarantees to ensure your happiness and satisfaction:
· Any item bought on moredeals.ca has no guarantee, except electronic items with 30 days guarantee.
· If an item received is not the same one ordered, doesn’t work or function as advertised, is missing any component or accessory, faulty, damaged or not in the advertised condition, you have the right to return it and we will arrange for it.
· Your Right to Return starts only from the day you take delivery-of (receive) the item(s) and sign-off on the Courier Company’s delivery note and can be used through-out the time-frames mentioned above, which are – three (3) Days.
· Refunds on your purchase are done seamlessly once a Return is requested. However it might take a few days to be credited back to you on your Electronic Payment Card.
· Finally, and to give you the ultimate Peace of Mind, should you still be unsatisfied with a purchase after the conditional time-frames for Returns has elapsed, you could still contact us to discuss your concerns and we will attempt to help out in every way we can.
